FRONT WING KOBUN コブン for Downwind, Wing Foil, and Pumping
888,00 €
KOBUN コブン – Your new weapon for Downwind (DW), Wing, and Pump. The result of several months of research on profiles and hydrodynamics to achieve the magical combination of Glide, Flow, and Maneuverability.
A world first: The KOBUN 122 and 133 are the first wings truly designed for DW on lakes with small Pump boards like the KETOS DOCK 90.

These wings are aimed at warriors who want to confidently face the elements with their equipment.
With these wings, you can ride down lakes in DW like warriors, just like Seb, GG, Gaspard, or Fabien. Or use SUP for added safety at sea.
Important: Pump DW is an extreme discipline where no mistakes are allowed and is reserved for athletes with impeccable physical condition. Unlike SUP DW, where you can restart after a fall, in Pump DW any fall means swimming to the nearest shore or finding a dock to resume.
When GG crosses Lake Bourget in February, a fall in the middle means swimming 2 km in water at 6°C.
These wings perform particularly well in DW, where the camber allows easy starts with a paddle, even on flat water. Don’t be fooled by the surface area!
In Wing, the start is impressive. For example, a KOBUN 133 can take off before a KARVE 1450, which was our benchmark in light wind. And if the wind drops, thanks to their wingspan, you won’t stop if you know how to pump to get through the lulls. A true light wind weapon in larger sizes.
As for the 111, it’s an incredible wing in DW—fast, easy to turn, and glides beautifully. With a thickness of just 13 mm, it’s reserved for experts seeking the best possible glide.
In Wing, it’s a fast wing that easily exceeds 20 knots, has incredible upwind ability, and insane glide to navigate lulls or ride small bumps or big swells.
All conditions: DW, Wing, Surf
