J’ai pu tester le nouveau matos de wing Ketos Foil pendant une semaine.
Les jours ou il y avait des vagues suffisamment grosses et puissantes j’etais en foil 980cm2 et c’etait parfait. La petite surface de l’aile permet une grande maniabilite et une vitesse suffisante pour ne pas se faire sortir de la vague. On se rapproche vraiment des sensations des kitefoils ketos.
Le mat est bien rigide et la corde plus grande que le mat kite n’entrave pas la maniabilite de facon notoire.
J’ai egalement teste le 1180cm2. Moins adapte pour les grosses journees, il se revele tres agreable quand les vagues sont plus petites et plus molles. On sort plus facilement dans les molles, on se fait mieux pousser par les petites vagues, et on gagne nettement au pumping pour rattraper les vagues.
J’ai teste le fuselage long et le court. Pour moi le long est beaucoup plus equilibre que le court. On pert un peu en maniabilite mais on gagne beaucoup en controle, et surement un peu au pumping. Et on peut gagner en maniabilite avec le nouveau petit stab qui sort en ce moment.
